Hey there my friends, it seems as though we’ve arrived at the time of the nominations for the coveted MTV VMA (which is the Video Music Awards for those not in the aware). The show will air in late August and take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. I don’t follow the network and most of these artists based on my own musical interests but I am always happy to share these kinds of awards to our readership since their own interests do not always reflect my own. Take a look.

Here’s The Winners Of The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards

Last night, MTV aired their 2018 “Video Music Awards” live from New York City’s famous Radio City Music Hall and when I stopped to consider the amount of Housewife Diary Shore Race reality programs that the network airs each and every day, I wondered when they actually had the time to show any music videos. Of course, I should stress that I hardly pay any mind to the network in today’s world since my own musical interests are so very different from what is considered popular over there. That said, I still wanted to share the winners of the “2018 MTV Video Music Awards” since I’ve done this kind of posting for the 2018 Academy Awards and The Tony Awards so why not keep on going. Here are the winners of the coveted Cosmonaut err I mean “Astronaut” from last night’s show.

Ariana Grande – “No Tears Left to Cry”
Bruno Mars – “Finesse (Remix)” [ft. Cardi B]

Here’s The Winners Of The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards

mtv video music awards 2017

Last night The MTV “Video Music Awards” for 2017 were handed out at The Forum in Los Angeles. Last years they did this at our own famed Madison Square Garden and I guess it was proper to give LA a chance for the next go round. Now, I must admit to the readership that I no longer even remotely watch the MTV network nor have much of an interest in its programming. As a Rock guy with a lean towards the Metal side of the fence, its kind of hard for me to sit through endless Rap and R&B stuff since its not my thing. Sure I loved Run DMC and some Grandmaster Flash along with a few other legends over the years but there is no connection in my world of today with that sound. I generally post the “Rock” category winners over on PiercingMetal.com to get our readers all fired up and lamenting the state of the music industy but over on “The Chronicles” I am giving you the whole list that was compiled thanks to the other entertainment websites and the MTV one itself to be on point. We are here to entertain you after all so lets take a look at the list and who went home with a “moon person” stateuette.
