The notion of sequel after sequel isn’t always a bad thing depending on the property its showcasing but that being said, I don’t always like the idea of a prequel that shows me where things all began. However, when I learned that the classic cartoon hound Scooby-Doo was getting a film about his beginnings, I felt that there could be some charm in it. Take a look at the recently released teaser trailer. I’ve included the premise, voice casting and what I feel are some awesome Amazon.com links down at the bottom.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: Like many of you, I grew up on the adventures of this classic character and still find a lot of those cartoons appealing even so long after I’ve “outgrown” them. This looks like it could be fun but I will need to see a longer trailer before deciding if I will be seeing it in the theater. What about you? Are you already sold? Chime in down below. See you next time.
