There’s no denying the popularity of the “Fast and The Furious” series of films and if you are someone that enjoys high speed chases, mind blowing spectacles and stunts, then they are right up your alley. Now it seems as though they’ve branched out a little and are building a bit of a universe by letting two of their characters go head to head against an insidious evil. Here is the recently released trailer for “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs and Shaw”. I’ve shared some premise and initial casting as well as some editorial notations.

The Premise: Two years after the events of The Fate of the Furious, federal agent Luke Hobbs and former-British military turned mercenary Deckard Shaw must join forces in order to stop a new threat emerging from the cyber-genetically enhanced international terrorist known as Brixton.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: Truth be told, I’ve only ever seen the first film of this franchise and while I thought it was fun, it wasn’t something that I would keep up with. Believe me I have my cinema going times loaded with all of the superhero and Science-Fiction films but with this one I might make an exception since I enjoy The Rock, Statham and Elba as actors.
