Now Streaming: “6 Underground” on Netflix (12/13/2019)

It was only a few short days ago when Netflix released the Final Trailer for the action-adventure film “6 Underground” and if you didn’t see that you should click HERE to be up to speed. This film is now available to stream on the service so if you don’t have it yet, I must ask what you are waiting for. This Michael Bay film stars Ryan Reynolds and looks like a lot of explosive fun. Take a look at the Official Poster, premise and casting down below before you hit play on your means of streaming. It’s better to go into things like this with a little bit of background.

Netflix Presents: “6 Underground” Final Trailer

It was back in October that I first shared the trailer for the new Michael Bay film that will be premiering on Netflix in the coming week. This action-adventure flick features Ryan Reynolds who most know from the role of Deadpool. If you’ve interest in seeing that first clip just click HERE before moving on to the second one. There are those who have been convinced that Netflix is on the way out thanks to the cancellation of the Marvel Studios series but when you have films from Martin Scorcese on the “coming soon” sheet, I have to disagree. There is also a slam-bang action film from Michael Bay that star’s Deadpool’s own Ryan Reynolds and the first trailer for this exclusive is presented to you down below. Now Playing: “Pokemon: Detective Pikachu” in Theaters Everywhere (5/10/2019)

I’ve discussed the film “Pokemon: Detective Pikachu” a couple of times here on “The Chronicles” and shared its first trailer (HERE) and the second (HERE) and if you haven’t yet enjoyed that weirdness I cannot stress it any more emphatically that you do since its some wild stuff. Today, the film opens up in theaters everywhere and I think that this is going to be one wild ride. Let’s review the premise and casting after the theatrical poster.

The Premise: In the Pokémon universe, Tim Goodman is a former Pokémon Trainer and the son of prominent detective Harry Goodman. When his father disappears in a car crash, Tim arrives in Ryme City and ends up meeting Detective Pikachu who was Harry’s former Pokémon partner. Tim is somehow able to understand the Detective, and they reluctantly team up to find Harry and uncover the mystery surrounding his disappearance. Chasing clues through the streets of Ryme City, the dynamic duo soon discover a devious plot that poses a threat to the Pokémon universe.

It was a few months ago that I first shared the very strange but also very charming trailer for “Pokemon: Detective Pikachu” which comes care of Warner Brothers Pictures and stars Ryan Reynolds who many of you readers fondly remember for portraying “Green Lantern” oops I mean “Deadpool” in the film that bore the same name. Now it’s time to enjoy a second trailer and since it seems rather different from the first please click HERE to see the first one and then come on back.
