If you are in the market for a spiffy new set of wheels that is something more family functional or just something that makes you feel more alive, then you’ll want to be at the NYIAS during its takeover of the Javits Center once again. The show has pretty much returned to normal after the last time and now offers an amazing EV Test Track on the lower level. It’s something you have to see to believe. The event is all-ages and you don’t even need a drivers license to browse around. Don’t miss it as there is a lot to do and experience and make sure to fully charge your phone for selfies and proper social media.

The New York International Automobile Show announces the dates for 2023 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from April 7-16 (Press Days are April 5 & 6). The annual automobile spectacular is doubling its electrification effort with an expanded multi-brand Electric Vehicle Test Track with more vehicles, industry participation, sponsors, and more elaborate automaker EV tracks on Level 3.
This year’s Show also includes more OEM and specially curated displays and an even bigger aftermarket showcase called ‘Never Ride Stock’ featuring the biggest names in the specialty equipment industry, the latest custom vehicle trends, and some of the most extreme tuner cars.

With a host of innovations and fresh new experiences for potential car buyers, the New York Auto Show has big plans to excite and educate attendees on the benefits of driving electric with a major ‘Electric Test Fest’ that will take up two-thirds of the Show’s lower level. The Show opens to the public April 15-24 (press days: April 13 &14) at the fully-expanded Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.
With an enormous indoor track, attendees will have the opportunity to ride in a wide range of electric vehicles including new models from Chevrolet, Kia, Nissan, Volvo, and EV start-ups INDI from California and Vietnam’s VinFast. In addition, Ford and Hyundai will incorporate EV test tracks into their own displays on the main show floor so consumers can take a ride in even more electrics.
