The New York Restaurant Show recently took over a section of the Javits Center and this trade show caters to those in the food and beverage industry. It’s here that you can learn about the latest developments during succinct talks and also see a wealth of exhibitors who have brought their company to the show in order to network with you. “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” was in attendance once again and its been a couple of years since I was able to explore this interesting event.
