We’ve talked about the live action film featuring the famous Dora The Explorer who people with kids or siblings of a certain age are very familiar with by sharing the Official Trailer. This Paramount Pictures film opens today in theaters across the country so let’s review the Official Poster, Premise and Casting once more.

Synopsis: Having spent most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents nothing could prepare Dora for the most dangerous adventure ever – high school. Now Playing: “The Lion King” in Theaters Everywhere (7/19/2019)

I’ve shared some of the advance stuff for Disney’s live-action rendition of their classic “The Lion King” with the Official Trailer and some posters which you can enjoy by clicking the highlighted text. Now the day has come and its time to head into the deepest jungles and watch how this tale unfolds as the film opens in theaters everywhere. I’ve repeated the premise and casting below the poster.

The Premise: In the African savanna, the young lion Simba idolizes his father, Mufasa, and longs to succeed him as King of the Pridelands. Before this can happen, his jealous uncle Scar initiates a coup which results in Mufasa’s death and Simba’s exile. Simba grows up in the company of Timon and Pumbaa, a meerkat and warthog pair with a carefree lifestyle. As tensions rise, he is drawn back into a battle with Scar by the friends from his past life.

Sony Pictures: “Charlie’s Angels” Official Trailer

I must admit that when I was growing up, I would occasionally enjoy the adventures of Charlie’s Angels and I guess the late great Farrah Fawcett had something to do with my tuning in. Of course I also loved Jacklyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd but I digress. The franchise had two fun films a few years ago and now it seems there is a reboot of that and the first trailer for the new “Charlie’s Angels” film is presented below for your viewing pleasure. I’ll be back at the close.

The Premise: Charlie’s Angels have always provided security and investigative skills to private clients. Now the Townsend Agency has expanded internationally with the smartest and most highly trained women from all over the globe — multiple teams of Angels guided by multiple Bosleys, completing the toughest missions around the world. When a young systems engineer blows the whistle on a dangerous technology, these Angels are called into action, putting their lives on the line to protect people.
