Presenting The 2021 MTV Movie and TV Awards Winners: Scripted Awards

It was just about a month ago when we shared the nominations for the 2021 MTV Movie and TV Awards and now the time has come to reveal what half of the winners were in the recently broadcast program. Yes, I did say “half” because tonight they showed the awards were given to the scripted stuff and tomorrow the unscripted stuff will be honored. I didn’t watch the broadcast but present the winners circle to you down below. Let’s take a look. I will come back at the close with some additional commentary.

Now Streaming: “Coming 2 America” on Amazon Video (3/5/2021)

We’ve discussed the “Coming 2 America” film already here on the website when we shared the pair of trailers to spark your interest. If you missed them just click HERE for Trailer 1 and HERE for Trailer 2. The film looks really funny but you’ll need to be a subscriber to the Amazon Prime service to enjoy them as the sequel to the blockbuster “Coming To America” will only be streaming here. Let’s examine the Official Poster and review the premise and casting.

The Premise: Set after the events of the first film, former Prince Akeem Joffer is set to become King of Zamunda when he discovers he has a son he never knew about in America – a street savvy Queens native named Lavelle. When we last discussed the film “Coming 2 America”, it was almost Christmas time and I guess one could say that the First Trailer was like a video present to all of those who were looking forward to some visuals from said film If you didn’t see our trailer post just click HERE to complete the mission. Now it’s time to review the second trailer for this Amazon Prime Video original. To keep it interesting, I’ve placed the plot, the cast and some promotional posters down below. Enjoy.

Amazon Studios Presents: “Coming 2 America” Official Trailer

Maybe you weren’t expecting a sequel to the “Coming To America” film but then again since everything seems to get one these days maybe you were. The new film is called “Coming 2 America” and as you will see in the first trailer, appears to reunite most of the original films cast. Some are even playing the multiple roles that they did the first time so let’s take a look at this clip.

Good morning my fine readers and Happy Monday to you all. So last night the winners were announced for the 46th Annual People’s Choice Awards and some of you might remember that back in October I helped laud the nominations list. If you don’t, that’s more than alright because the world is such a chaotic place these days that we are bound to forget such trivialities. I didn’t watch it live since I had quite a list of things to do last night but the show was done live and hosted by Demi Lovato at the Barker Hanger in California.
