“The Future of Travel” is the theme for the International Travel Show (ITS2022) in New York City. This event is the successor to the New York Times Travel Show, last held in 2020, and is currently the only major travel show of its kind. The International Travel Show is presented by Travel + Leisure GO and sponsored by Brazilian Tourist Board, MSC Cruises and I Love NY and takes place at the Javits Center from Friday, Oct. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022. Friday is reserved exclusively for the travel industry and Saturday and Sunday are open to all travelers.

ITS2022 is filled with lively and informative programming designed for consumers to explore the theme of “The Future of Travel” and discover great destinations to fulfill their travel needs. The show features an exhibition of hundreds of destinations and trips as well as cultural presentations, travel seminars, culinary presentations, travel deals and giveaways, and fun for families and friends of all ages and interests.

International Travel Show Invites Industry Professionals To Attend “Future Of Travel” Conference

With the weeks counting down to the start of the International Travel Show in New York City, trade professionals have much to look forward to with a Trade Conference Program designed for the travel industry to explore the theme of “The Future of Travel” from every angle. The successor of The New York Times Travel Show, last held in 2020, and currently the only major travel show of its kind, the International Travel Show invites trade, consumers, and media to the Javits Convention Center from Friday, Oct. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, to discover where travel is headed, how it is going to get there, and great destinations to experience.

In addition to Travel + Leisure GO as the Presenting Sponsor of the International Travel Show, several new sponsors have joined. The New York International Travel Show Set To Debut October 2022

The New York International Travel Show (nyITS 2022), a new trade and consumer travel conference and exhibition that replaces The New York Times Travel Show, will take place from Friday, Oct. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

“After producing and managing the New York Times Travel Show for the previous 17 years, we understand the importance of having a world-class travel industry conference and exhibition in New York that addresses issues important to the recovery of global tourism”, said Paul Muir, president of nyITS 2022. “We are delighted to be teaming up again with many of our travel industry partners and sponsors.”

James Shillinglaw, Insider Travel Report’s editor-in-chief, and co-founder, will continue his role as conference chairman for nyITS 2022. “I am honored that I will play a role in developing our extensive conference program at nyITS 2022,” said Shillinglaw. “At this important time in the history of the travel industry, we need to help provide insight and solutions for the domestic and global travel marketplace.”
