Last night the winners for the 32nd Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards were handed out and I’m happy to start your Tuesday morning with this information if you are a follower of any kind of independent film. I have to admit that I stick to my main big screen Marvel Studios and Warner Brothers stuff for the most part and only get to the theater for those types of releases and I should look more into them based on my overall love of movies on the whole. Stuff for the future right? I’ve left the nominations listed alongside the winners and as you will notice a number of special awards were also given out. Enjoy.

Hello my dear readers, I am back with another Awards Show nominations rundown and this time we are hitting the stand out stuff on the independent side with the annual Gotham Awards who just released their list of nominees. This is only the second time that I’ve shared The Gotham Awards here on “The Chronicles” and its awesome to add them to the mix of these sort of narratives. As mentioned last year (if you should remember), I don’t usually get to sit and enjoy too many indie features based on the itinerary I keep on the geek side but there are a few films from this past year that have piqued my interest. Take a look at the list down below and I will be back to close it all up at the end. Enjoy.
