This Just In: BroadwayCon 2021 To Be A Virtual Experience

The show must go… online! For the first time ever, BroadwayCon 2021 will be held online from the comfort and safety of your own living room. Taking place April 17-18, 2021, BroadwayCon 2021 will host two days of panels, programming, meet and greets, and more to once again bring the theatre community together as Broadway endures its longest shutdown yet.

All MainStage programming will stream for free across select BroadwayCon social media platforms. Additionally, fans can upgrade their experience with passes that include virtual swag packs, access to bonus content, exclusive merchandise for pass holders, and more! Passes will go on sale to the public at 1 PM ET on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Returning attendees of BroadwayCon 2020 will have special pre-sale access beginning Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 1 PM ET.

The DC Fandome Is Happening Today!!!

Piercing Ken Thoughts: Since I hit the nail on the head in my closing announcement on PiercingMetal.com, I am just going to repeat my words which said “Straight up I will say that there is a lot of things that I am expecting to see revealed during the DC Fandome and I think that I am most interested in the upcoming movie and television series trailers. There has to be a new “Wonder Woman 1984” clip at this point and could we hope that something from the late 2021 “The Batman” film as well? I am hoping for a clip from “Superman and Lois” and maybe a tease of some other series that are being planned out. I imagine we shall see more about “Stargirl” and the other shows that lived on the DC Universe streaming service. Some of the more-gossipy sites had reported that massive layoffs took place in the company and what this means for all the things that we enjoy is anyone’s guess. I imagine its “more as the story develops”. For now I am just going to see what is offered up and hope that you are as well. I’ve been assigned some work today, so my time is sporadic in terms of my full devotion to this happening. Considering that both New York Comic Con and Anime NYC convention were cancelled due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, I see more events like this one coming to pass. Closing up I guess it’s safe to say that there will be a heavy supply of content hitting our Pop Culture features. Organizers Cancel Anime NYC 2020 Amid Coronavirus Pandemic Concerns

Coming only a few short days after the cancellation of the 2021 NAMM Show AND this years New York Comic Con comes a statement from our friends at Leftfield Media regarding the status of their amazing Anime NYC convention. As expected this happening is also cancelled and a press release from its founder can be perused by clicking HERE.

Important: Apologies for once again sending you over to PiercingMetal.com for the full scoop but that convention is covered over there exclusively and that is just how it goes according to our rule book. As you might expect already, the means to comment on this announcement have been disabled and are instead encouraged on the main article that you are led to. ReedPOP Cancels 2020 New York Comic Con Physical Event

Hello again my fine friends and devoted readers of “The Chronicles”, I’ve returned all too soon with another reason to redirect you to some news that is currently running over on my PiercingMetal website. While this latest announcement was expected based on the current climate, I am sad to share the news that ReedPOP has decided to cancel this years New York Comic Con because of the virus.
