Today is the day to get to Coney Island, Brooklyn and enjoy the wild sights and scenes that come as a part of the annual “Mermaid Parade”. The parade begins on West 21st Street and Surf Avenue (near the Ford Ampitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk) and will end somewhere on the Boardwalk.
