As was done with the nominations list, I’ve left those names in place so the readership can see who didn’t make the cut at the end of the day. Piercing Ken Thoughts: So there you have it, the winners of the Grammy Awards. Earlier this evening, I parsed out the winning names in Rock, Metal and Alternative since they announced them hours before the broadcast even aired and those surprised me just a little bit as well. There is so much on this list that I never listen to but with a broader and wide-ranging audience for this website, it’s good to report on it. As you might have also surmised, there were a ton of awards doled out to categories that were not even mentioned during the broadcast. What did you think about the nominations versus the winners? Did you favorites take home the prize tonight or were they cheated of the honor? Chime in down below in the comments section with your thoughts on this and I will see you next time.
