The Summerstage 2017 Concert Series Is Revealed

If you’ve read any of my PiercingMetal.com concert items you already know how much we love the live music scene of our metropolis but hey, we are on “The Chronicles” site so what exactly am I getting at? For a couple of years I’ve been slowly morphing this website into a much broader lifestyle website in terms of the items being discussed and what is happening in NYC in regards to touristy stuff. One of the things I added to the site was the same calendar that I use on PiercingMetal and with it I’ve been listing different things to do in our region and so far the readers of The Chronicles are loving its diversity. All of this leads me to the recent announcement of the SummerStage 2017 events that will be happening in numerous parks across the city. Announcing PiercingMetal’s Twelfth Anniversary (2005-2017)

Hello there my dear readers of “The Chronicles”. I’m here today to take a moment of your time and share the news that my Heavy Metal Reviews and Pop Culture website PIERCINGMETAL has achieved its twelfth year of online existence. I know, time flies and I can hardly believe it myself. Longer tenured readers know that we occasionally use this page to redirect you to the other website and since I’ve shared my thoughts on this latest birthday, I will be doing so once more. “The Chronicles” of Piercing Ken Celebrates 5th Anniversary on Instagram

Hey there my friends, so I am just taking a quick moment out of your day to let you know that “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” website has been using the Instagram photo-sharing social media platform for five years. Five years!!!! I’m rather shocked about it since I don’t always take to some of these networks since they aren’t always helpful to the brand. However, since “The Chronicles” became more of a professional voice back in 2016, I have to say that this has been helping. The Piercing Ken profile has done some awareness to the site stuff based on what I’ve been posting and I am okay with that. Now since I didn’t have a photo from the actual anniversary day posted I went back a few days and share this absolutely vintage photograph of me. I think I am about 1.5 years old here so let me have it.

If you are a fan of Country Music then I hope that you tuned in to last night’s Academy of Country Music Awards where all the honors were given out to the best providers for the genre. As I’ve been showcasing these sorts of events this year I figured I might as well keep on going since many members of my family are big fans of this stuff. As most of you know, I dove into the heavier side of the musical fence but I still enjoy this stuff every now and again. Let’s take a look at the categories and the full winners list. Happy 15th Birthday To My Cat Spooke (3/24/2017)

I’d like to take a moment and say that today is pretty awesome for me since its the 15th birthday of my sweet black cat Spooke who was born in my old apartment on this very day. I’ve had her since her birth and she is quite the important part of my world. I like to think that she is pretty spoiled every day but today she is going to get a little more of that since she is a very good and loving pet.

She was enjoying some lounging on my pants as you can see in the photo but I was trying to get her attention for the necessary photo and to show her one of the gifts that I picked up for her to celebrate the day a little better.
