It’s here, it’s FINALLY HERE!!!! Yes my comic book movie loving friends, “Avengers: Infinity War” opens today in theaters across the country and I am nothing less than shaking with the amount of psyched that I have in my system. As you longer termed readers know, we’ve been supporting this side of the media fence for a number of years now and are so glad to be rallying behind these kinds of films. Let’s take a look at the fantastic theatrical poster, some premise reminder and the massive cast.
The Premise: As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain. (thanks Wiki).

Piercing Ken Thoughts: Now I’ve pretty much been counting down the days until this moment since that final trailer appeared a little over a month ago. Since that time, the constant advertisements have only amped up my interest and I don’t think that I am going to waste any time in getting to see this very early in the theatrical run. I’m not too sure that I am actually getting out to see it today but if I don’t it will be no later than next Monday or Wednesday. I have to see what is going on with the rest of my demands but whatever the case might be, I am so very stoked for this one. It looks to be fantastic and one has to wonder if it will break the worldwide box office that “Black Panther” reached. At last check I think that was $1.3 or so billion dollars. That film actually surpassed the other MCU box office spectacular of “Captain America: Civil War” which made $1.153 dollars. These numbers are spectacular to behold. Anyway, let me stop now before the overall excitement keeps me rambling. Are you excited for this film? Are you seeing it early in the box office run? If you do see it before the rest of us, please don’t post any spoilers as comments outside of saying you “loved it” or “hated it” (if that is even possible). Once I get to seeing this you can count on a non-spoiler review not long after I do.
