My family retired and relocated down South to Myrtle Beach, SC not too long ago and I was finally able to visit the new home and do some exploration of the area. All of the places that I got to see were perfect items for this lifestyle blog so here are some visuals from the St. John The Baptist Greek Orthodox Church that I got to see when we attended a Greek Fair being held on its property. There was music and food of the Greek nature and since one of the attendants to the church was talking to us I was able to walk around and snap plenty of photographs.
I’ve not imprinted these with the “PiercingKen” logo branding since these are religious images and I feel that’s on the disrespectful side. The church itself looked wonderful and was painted with saint after saint after saint and visuals of the Creator and his only Son. Though I am not trying to be overly pious here I did think that any fan of this kind of imagery will enjoy the photos. I will not be talking much on this one so enjoy and scroll on down.
That brings me to the end of this little narrative and I hope that you enjoyed these wonderful paintings. While I miss them daily, it’s great to have the folks down south because it gives me another place to visit and those visits let me secure some photos from the explorations in another region. That’s never a bad thing.
