Though I don’t really know much about the Indie Rock band known as LCD Soundsystem, I couldn’t pass up lauding the news that they will doing a “20” show residency at the Brooklyn Steel venue. The poster and run of dates are below and the good thing about this kind of announcement is the hope that we are gettng closer and closer to a more normalized state of life…

Piercing Ken Thoughts: As I was culling this post together and listing the dates for the residency on the regional calendar for “The Chronicles”, I listened to “This Is Happening” on Spotify and found it rather interesting. I’m sure a number of my friends like them but can say that this is the kind of band I’d like to at least check out even if their sound is not usually what I am keying out there on a regular basis. This isn’t a slight of course but I am a tried and true Metalhead when all is said and done As I wrap this one up I wonder who out there in the readership is going to be looking into these shows or at least a couple of them.
