The New York Empire State Tattoo Expo is back once more at the New York Hilton Midtown and will be the place to meet a variety of amazing artists or just be the place to peruse the craft if it interests you. Numerous vendors and burlesque performances will be par for the course once again along with other fun sights. You must be 18+ to get any ink so be sure to have proper identification if that is part of your plan. Adult beverage consumption will be 21+ of course.
