$40The New York Empire State Tattoo Expo returns to the New York Hilton Midtown and will be the place to meet a variety of artists or just peruse the craft if it interests you. Burlesque performances and scores of vendors will be there as well. You must be 18+ to get any ink so be sure to have proper identification if that is part of your plan.
