Good April to you my friends, it’s time to return to a previously discussed topic which is the Disney upcoming feature film “Cruella”. This Official Trailer #2 gives us an even better look into the film which will open in some theaters ane be available on Disney+ Premium Access on May 28th. Let us begin…
The Premise:
Cruella, which is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, follows a young grifter named Estella, a clever and creative girl determined to make a name for herself with her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves who appreciate her appetite for mischief, and together they are able to build a life for themselves on the London streets. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion catches the eye of the Baroness von Hellman, a fashion legend who is devastatingly chic and terrifyingly haute. But their relationship sets in motion a course of events and revelations that will cause Estella to embrace her wicked side and become the raucous, fashionable, and revenge-bent Cruella.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: : Though I really enjoyed the second clip, I am still of the mindset that I will not be seeing this until its on a traditional pay by the month service. Since I don’t have any little ones running around the Media Command HQ, I don’t need to rush to check it out in the theater or drop the $30 to have it the same day on Disney+ Premium Access. Don’t get me wrong, I am interested but I can wait for this one. I am mostly keyed into the giant monster and superhero films myself. I do love Emma Stone, she is terrific in my eyes and I’d love to see her secure a regular role in an upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film.
