The Chronicles of Piercing Ken was once again a part of the Pop Culture Media that was covering the annual BroadwayCon convention that was held at the New York Marriott Marquis hotel in Times Square. Having attended this convention since 2018, it’s an event that I look forward to because in some sense its like a Broadway themed comic convention. There are panels, performances and many attendees arrive in theatrical performance themed cosplay. There’s an amazing marketplace to shop all sorts of Broadway adjacent products and in addition to our interviews in this section I snagged some videos of the talent that was in attendance. Please enjoy these two awesome performances.

Hey there my kind readers, I’m taking a pause out of the generally hectic day to share something special with you all. So as you are probably already aware, I just love to celebrate any milestones that the creative brands achieve with our audience because its the kind of stuff that brings you deeper into the process with me. It also shows that these worlds keep on growing and entertaining our audience. With that being said, I am happy to share that “The Chronicles” of Piercing Ken website has recently published its 1,500th post on the WordPress site.

So I’ve actually just talked about this over on the PiercingMetal website (seen HERE) and since “The Chronicles” also has a very busy existence in the social media space I figured a post over on this side of the creative fence was in order. Now in case you haven’t heard this news yet, it seems that the folks at Meta, which is the parent company of Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram have determined that we need yet another social media application to use and have announced the launch of “Threads from Instagram”. This seems to be the Meta response to Twitter and I imagine can be used in the same fashion. The account for “The Chronicles” got created right from my current Instagram profile and uses the same exact handle. The only downside for me is that I wasn’t able to do this as Ken Pierce Media because lately I am making any new networks to be the editorial overseer presence as opposed to either side of the coin. It’s worked for things like TikTok very well so why not continue the trend. My first post to Threads is below and as I mentioned on the other post, one cannot embed these items.
