Readers of my PiercingMetal website know full well just how much I love the live music scene in our Media Metropolis and I see a number of shows each and every month with the purpose of adding content to that website and to raise awareness about the performer. I also love to keep a comprehensive list of “things to do” like this on a vibrant Events Calendar and with the 2019 “Summer Concert Series” being announced by the fine folks at Good Morning America, I knew I had to copy their press announcement and line out all of the special performances for the followers of “The Chronicles Of Piercing Ken”. We’re so excited to share our 2019 “GMA” Summer Concert Series lineup with you. Megastars BTS will kick off the series this year on Wednesday, May 15.
Chance the Rapper, Keith Urban, Pitbull, Adam Lambert, Hozier, Ciara, Ellie Goulding, Bastille, Lady Antebellum, French Montana and many more amazing artists will perform live from New York City’s Central Park this summer. How to Attend a Summer Concert:
A ticket is required for entry for our May 15, 2019 BTS concert. Free tickets have sold out and the wait list is now full. Thank you for your interest.
All other concerts are free and open to the public and will take place on Fridays from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. ET. Viewers interested in joining “GMA” in Central Park are encouraged to arrive at Rumsey Playfield via the 72nd Street entrance on Fifth Avenue at 6 a.m. when the park opens to the public. The Summer Concert Series returns for the eleventh year to Rumsey Playfield in Central Park, home of City Parks Foundation’s SummerStage Festival.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: Speaking personally for me, outside of Adam Lambert, The Struts and Blink 182 there isn’t much for my interest level or to cover for the PiercingMetal side of the fence. That being said I still love sharing the news and listing the dates on our Events Calendar for the readers of this Lifestyle website. Now don’t quote me on this but I do believe that most of the events are rain or shine but you should check each and every one that you are interested in before venturing out. A quick overview of the park rules are never a bad idea nowadays and as you might have already surmised, with these concerts being a part of a daily morning show broadcast, they will start super duper early. If you’re a late starter to the morning I do NOT recommend these affairs. Closing up I wonder which shows you are the most interested in. Chime in down below and I will see you next time.
