We have arrived my friends. The culmination of some “22” Marvel Studios films has all led us to this moment and “Avengers: Endgame” will be playing EVERYWHERE starting today. Some folks saw the late night advance viewing last night so I hope they are mindful of spoiling it for the rest of us. I’ve been discussing the film a lot on my PiercingMetal website and a number of trailers and other treats can be explored over there by clicking HERE. Now let’s review the Official Poster, premise and casting of this sure to be monumental release.
The Premise: Following the events of Avengers: Infinity War, with half of the universe killed in an event dubbed “The Decimation”, the universe lies in shambles and the remaining Avengers and their allies must reassemble to repair the damage caused by Thanos and bring harmony back to the universe. Piercing Ken Thoughts: I really wanted to check this out today at one of the earliest showings possible but I have a pretty heavy itinerary and it looks like I will not be able to get to the theater until Monday. I’ve successfully avoided spoilers for the previous films before and a few times actually but this one frightens me just a little bit because its on so many peoples minds. I might have to do a social media blackout until I am turning my phone back on after seeing the film. What about you readers? Are you excited? Are you seeing it today or at some point this weekend? We look forward to hearing from you so do chime in but remember as always NO SPOILERS and especially for this one since so many are looking forward to it. Marvel Studios has really satisfied my needs for Geek with these films and this one I am beyond stoked for. See you next time around.
