Greetings my friends and welcome to yet another adventure being undertaken for this here Lifestyle Blog. I have to admit that I was very excited about attending this one since it was going to be my first time ever at this convention. Today was the Media and Professionals Day which is a great day to go for a first timer IMHO. My plan is to take a lot of photos and do a lot of Social Networking.
Here’s the Official Media Credentials for the event. Let’s go explore some faraway lands…
This delicious baklava was at the Turkish pavilion and it was so darned good that I returned for a second and yes a third piece. Don’t hate. You would do the same thing.
This masked fellow was encouraging folks to embark on a tour of Chornobyl.
Oh check this out. This is a small sample of Bubble Tea and I have always heard friends talking about it but I’ve never sampled it until now. It was tasty and very different. Tasty but very sweet so one might want to be aware when considering it.
Over at the Bahamas pavilion were these two goddesses in outfits work during the Junkaroo Festival.
Pardon me while I brush up on some conversational Finnish.
That brings me to the end of this installment from this very interesting convention. I was so glad to be able to participate in the Media and Industry Professionals Day since it’s easier to maintain focus and talk to people. I am going to try and attend one of the consumer days as well so stay tuned. This is a busy few days at the Javits with the Progressive Boat Show and BroadwayCon happening in different parts of the event space. Before I forget, you’re going to want to hit up our Social Networks of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter because I’ll be loading up images and information to all of them and would hate for you to miss anything. See you next time.
