The Harry Potter films might have ended with the central character but now its time to look back into the realm from which they hail with the sequel to “Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them” with the film “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald”. You can see what this one is all about by enjoying the trailer that I’ve linked below. I’ve also added the premise and the ensemble casting for you.
The Premise: At the end of the first film, the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander. But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise wizards and witches up to rule over all non-magical beings. In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: So when it comes to this part of the “World Of Harry Potter” franchise I have to say that I didn’t see the first film. Heck, I didn’t even get past the second or third Potter film and I loved them. I just never got around to them and one day will be doing some binging provided they are on one of the channels that I am paying for or my streaming services. This looks to be fun though and should interest the fans of this new group of tales. What did you ardent followers of this side of the franchise think? Chime in down below in the comments section.
