Hello again my friends and welcome to another installment of my photographic presentation from the 2017 NY International Auto Show. I’m picking up where I left off in CHAPTER TWO, so hopefully you’ve seen that one first before continuing along. Click that highlighted text if you haven’t because I am not in a rush here at all. As I’ve noted already, I attended one day of the massive event and did so for free thanks to the fine folks at Toyota who were giving away a whole bunch of tickets. I wasn’t “press” for this happening but maybe next year I will look into that. Here we go. I will not be talking much during these photos.
These next couple of shots showcase a car that was covered in LED lights. I loved this and envisioned some KISS stuff going across it. It had numerous different things showing but I only snapped a couple for this presentation.
Now I was going to explore the area that the NY Comic Con fans know best as being “Artist Alley” and this massive hangar type space had a number of cars and bigger trucks. Let’s see what they got.
These next couple of images took me by surprise. They weren’t cars at all but instead miniature homes. I thought that I was looking at something from the program about tiny houses but they were instead “Petite Retreats”. You can rent them for campgrounds and I guess it makes braving a wild a little more easier than nestling in a mere tent.
It’s been rumored that a massive redo of this space is forthcoming and will effect where parts of the NYCC will happen so I wonder what they are going to change this into. Hopefully its to add more space and better air conditioning. I’ve found this part to be very hot at times but that is just me.
Three down and one more chapter to share with you in a couple of days so please stay tuned for those final images. If you are doing the Instagram thing, please take a look at our Official PiercingKen Account and give it a follow and some likes. There are a number of images from the expo that were done exclusively for that profile. I’ll be back in a couple of days with more visuals and until then click on some of the links of the stuff we highlighted in this chapter.
