As you know we just love presenting the readership with trailer clips here on “The Chronicles” that don’t exactly fall into the music and pop culture side of the PiercingMetal.com website and such is the case with the Japanese animated feature “Weathering With You”. I discussed that film HERE in the event that you missed it and today this film opens up in select theaters in the US. Storyline: A high-school boy who has run away to Tokyo befriends a girl who appears to be able to manipulate the weather.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: As my interest level in animated features is mostly limited to the superhero stuff or some Disney films, I might be passing up on this one in the theaters. I don’t watch enough Anime or read much Manga and really am trying to absorb more of the mediums because of my attendance at events like the Liberty City Anime Con and Anime NYC. I will probably watch this if it ends up on Netflix or Hulu in the coming months and as I close up this announcement I wonder if you will be planning on checking this one out.
