Continuing along with some of the fun that was had by “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” at this years Toy Insider “Sweet Suite” over at the Chelsea Piers. Now as some of you recall, once we had the YouTube Channel up and running for this website, I began doing unboxing clips after we had finished this event since all the participants were sent a massive Swag Box. This was loaded to the brim and made for some cool content. Now in 2023 they have changed the game and are no longer sending out the boxes and instead give you a healthy bagful of goodies to enjoy. Truth be told this will likely be better when you consider all of the package thefts that we hear about and will prevent anyone who wants more stuff from complaining that theirs never arrived. While the video is resident on the Channel, I’ve embedded it here along with the individual product photos that will follow it. Let’s go.
Welcome back my friends, you have arrived at another exciting installment of out Toy Insider “Sweet Suite” 2023 exploration. I’m continuing along in the same fashion as I did with the previous post and segmenting some of the brands together. We love these Toy Insider events and as I mentioned earlier, this one appears to be my eighth straight one. Let’s get on back to the funtastic findings shall we?
The Barbie movie only just opened last week and is doing gangbusters at the box office. Obviously the Mattel folks would be gearing the popular toy line of the same name with releases along those lines.

It was our third such adventure and now it was time to show you what we found at their annual “Holiday Of Play” which as you might have surmised was also our third such event. Before we get underway with the adventure, I wanted to let you know that I did a quick narrative over on my PiercingMetal.com website that showcased the more Geek themed stuff that I talk about and you can peruse that by clicking HERE. It’s nice to parse out the content like I do with the annual Toy Fair for sure. Once again I would head to the Manhattan Penthouse which is a lovely space for a quasi-intimate affair. I like that I get to take a few snapshots of the city as well from this location because I do so love our Metropolis. Let’s go have some fun.
Welcome back to my continued presentations from the “Sweet Suite” 2016 event that was recently held as a part of the Blogger Bash on the Cornucopia Majesty yacht on Pier 81. Is it just me or does this “Animal Jam” character remind you of Paul Stanley of KISS. Sure the star is on the wrong side but isn’t that a clever thing that they did here? I think so.
