Last night, the Recording Academy handed out the trophies during the 64th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony and no, I didn’t manage to watch or even DVR the program. I worked all day and then spent the night rocking out with Dragonforce for the PiercingMetal site. I did cull the winners into the list that you will find below and this time around I’ve decided to leave off the other nominees in most of the categories since the original list was a lengthy and ponderous read. 2019 Grammy Awards Full Winners Rundown

The Recording Industry calls this the “Biggest Night In Music” for the year and to fans of some genres out there this is probably true. As a tried and true supporter of Metal and Rock, this is generally a disappointment but that is a matter discussed over on the PiercingMetal.com website and not here on ”The Chronicles” since the audience is a lot more varied. The Grammy’s were given out over the course of the last few hours and I’ve been researching and typing to get them all to you shortly after the broadcast. I didn’t watch more than fifteen minutes of it since “The Walking Dead” was on and that’s more important to me. Also, the disrespect of Rock and Metal with their awards being announced and given out before the broadcast even aired found me discussing the matter on the Metal site on THIS POST so do please check that out if you are so inclined. This list is long so you’re going to want to get comfortable. Here we go.
