LEGO Reveals: “Tactical Batman” and “Superman” BrickHeadz Duo Kit

A couple of days ago, I was sent this news by the fine folks handling the press resources for the mighty LEGO in honor of the upcoming “National Superhero Day”. Dig it.

The Press:
This morning, the LEGO Group unveiled a new duo-pack of LEGO BrickHeadz inspired by the blockbuster Justice League™ movie – LEGO BrickHeadz Tactical Batman™ and Superman™. Available May 1, the set includes 209 pieces and recreates iconic details from the film, including Super Hero costumes and capes.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: I guess it was about a month ago that I shared some of the details and images from the LEGO Brickheadz collection from “Avengers: Infinity War” and if you missed that one click HERE to be up to speed. I don’t collect these particular creations myself but know quite a few LEGO-maniacs that love them and who could blame them. They all look so cool and if you are collecting them all you are going to have millions of creative possibilities. Perhaps merging these DC Comics film characters with that of the Marvel Cinematic Universe ones will be a fun idea. The upcoming “Avengers: Infinity War” looks amazing and let’s face it, “Justice League” was so far from a blockbuster it wasn’t funny. The film brought in the least amount of money across all of the shared universe films for Warner Brothers and they better get to work on fixing this but I digress. Greetings friends and wayward travelers who’ve chanced upon this neck of the Internet woods. You’ve arrived at what I feel is going to be another awesome convention adventure as for the next few days, the New York International Auto Show will be taking over the Javits Center. In the past, I’ve attended this show a couple of times care of free tickets from the fine folks at Toyota but this time I will be exploring it all as a member of the media. It’s my first time attending this convention as a member of the Press and marks the fourth brand new convention I have attended this year with credentials. Tenured readers will remember that back in January I attended The New York Boat Show, The New York Times Travel Show and BroadwayCon all during the same week for the purposes of entertaining you here on “The Chronicles”. So let’s get right on down to it because there are a lot of photos to showcase for you. I’ll chime in from time to time across the chapter and will have numerous links for you to click through at the close. Gentlemen (and Ladies), Start Your Engines!
