Several posts ago, I shared a new and awesome building set from LEGO with their Creator Expert “Gingerbread House”. I hope that you ended up ordering one since it looked like the perfect thing to set up near ones Christmas Tree. I am constantly blown away by the creative products that come from the fine folks at the LEGO Company and they’ve recently revealed one of the latest Creator Expert building kits just in time for the holiday gifting. Presenting the “Gingerbread House”.

The Scoop:
Enjoy a festive build and play experience with the LEGO® Creator Expert 10267 Gingerbread House. A treasure chest of magical details, this amazing model features frosted roofs with colorful candy buttons and a delicious facade with candy-cane columns, glittery windows and a tall chimney stack with a glowing fireplace. We were hunkered down in the Current Event Space at Chelsea Piers and enjoying the picks that their team had cited are the best of the best. Greetings my friends and welcome to my visual overview of the Toy Insider’s “Holiday Of Play” event. You might recall that we last were in the company of these folks during their summertime “Sweet Suite” and since a whole bunch of things you will not see here were presented please click HERE to see that full overview.

For the past few years, The “Holiday Of Play” had been held at the Manhattan Penthouse over on 14th Street and it was a very nice event space but I think as things that the Toy Insider grew bigger and bigger that a new location was deemed necessary. This year the event had moved to a space called “Current” which is close to the space used for “Sweet Suite” at the Chelsea Piers.

Greetings my friends, it is great to find you joining “The Chronicles” of Piercing Ken on yet another adventure. The lyrics of “Born To Be Wild” begin with the phrase of “get your motor running, head out on the highway” and while I think the guys in Steppenwolf were referring to being on a motorcycle, I’m going to have it apply to our exploring the annual and ever popular New York International Auto Show that will be opening up at Javits Center in just a couple of days. Today I am coming to you from said event on its Media and Industry Day and rushing to get some images up so you know what you are in store for. As with our previous narratives like this one, its mostly a visual display with limited jibber jabber from me but I hope you have fun. Let’s go.
