Good morning and “Welcome Back” to another installment from my coverage of the 2017 NYC Hot Sauce Expo that took place a few days ago over at the Brooklyn Expo Center. This years event was the fifth annual and as I’ve noted in the previous chapter, we’ve been in attendance and covering this since the very first one. The interesting thing about that was at first it was an event feature on my PiercingMetal.com website but with “The Chronicles” picking up steam as a Lifestyle and Culture Blog, I’ve been doing this coverage here.
