Hello my dear readers, I am back with another Awards Show nominations rundown and this time we are hitting the stand out stuff on the independent side with the annual Gotham Awards who just released their list of nominees. This is only the second time that I’ve shared The Gotham Awards here on “The Chronicles” and its awesome to add them to the mix of these sort of narratives. As mentioned last year (if you should remember), I don’t usually get to sit and enjoy too many indie features based on the itinerary I keep on the geek side but there are a few films from this past year that have piqued my interest. Take a look at the list down below and I will be back to close it all up at the end. Enjoy.
Never Rarely Sometimes Always
Greetings readers and welcome to a brand-new summary rundown in our set of Awards Show postings. For the last couple of years I’ve been not only posting about the biggest of them all but also some of the more niche presentations. This year marks the first time that I am adding the Gotham Awards to the mix. Truth be told we seldom see any of the kinds of films that are honored at the Gotham Independent Film Awards but we do so like to showcase the nominations and the winners circle of presentations to generate your own interest.
