It was just two weeks ago or so that I shared the full Official Trailer for the Netflix Original Series “The Dark Crystal: Age Of Resistance” over on my PiercingMetal website and if you missed that clip just click HERE since its going to be helpful if you plan in delving into the show. The series is now available for streaming in full on the Netflix service so make sure you have signed up or made amends with that brother, sister, cousin or ex so you don’t miss out. I’ve included the Official Poster and the MASSIVE voice and puppeteer casting once more as well. Enjoy.
The Synopsis: As the Gelfling race on the planet Thra become aware of the fact that their customarily worshiped overlords, the Skeksis, are exploitative, taxing essence-suckers who are destroying their world, three Gelflings — Rian, Brea and Deet — inspire a rebellion after discovering a horrifying secret behind the Skeksis’ power that threatens their entire planet. From the looks of it, there doesn’t seem to be a shortage of live-action versions of the Walt Disney Pictures classic animations coming to light. We recently found “The Lion King” being a blockbuster of a success and “Mulan” is coming out soon as well along with a sequel to the original story of “Maleficent”. This latest one is a take on “Lady and The Tramp”, the timeless love story that involves two dogs and was an animated feature that would bring a tear to your eyes. The only difference about this from the others is that it will NOT open in theaters at all and be an exclusive to the upcoming Disney+ streaming service. Let’s look at the Official Trailer that was unveiled at D23 Expo.
The Premise: Lady and the Tramp is set to tell the story of “an upper-middle-class American cocker spaniel named Lady who meets a streetsmart, downtown stray Schnauzer called the Tramp, and the two embark on many romantic adventures including that iconic spaghetti smooch scene.” Continue reading Disney+ “Lady and The Tramp” Official Trailer→
We have arrived my friends. The culmination of some “22” Marvel Studios films has all led us to this moment and “Avengers: Endgame” will be playing EVERYWHERE starting today. Some folks saw the late night advance viewing last night so I hope they are mindful of spoiling it for the rest of us. I’ve been discussing the film a lot on my PiercingMetal website and a number of trailers and other treats can be explored over there by clicking HERE. Now let’s review the Official Poster, premise and casting of this sure to be monumental release.
As you know, we post a LOT of film content here on “The Chronicles” and sometimes I will defer you to my PiercingMetal.com website while at other times will do the same post. Today we use the same post with a little creative editing because this kind of film is just too good for web traffic which is always something we want happening. Here we go with the thoughts that I ran over there a short time ago. Good morning my friends, as you read this, the recently opened “Captain Marvel” film has achieved a worldwide box office take of $524 million dollars. As you know, the character is going to be a pivotal component in the next chapter which happens during “Avengers: Endgame” which makes me stoked to have found a brand-new trailer being revealed only minutes ago. Let’s take a look but put the coffee down before you watch. Trust me. After this you can enjoy the expansive cast, revealed premise and the Official Theatrical poster.
We have arrived at the first Official Trailer for the now titled sequel to “Avengers: Infinity War” which is “Avengers: Endgame” and I love that as the films title. PiercingMetal Thoughts: This was a seriously somber trailer and didn’t show too much action as much as it showed the characters dealing with the outcome from the preceding film. As you can see by the casting, just about everyone is going to be in this film and that makes me really excited for the promotional posters to come since I always share those. It was interesting to not see Captain Marvel at all in this first clip since we know she is a part of the solution and if you missed our showcase of that second trailer just click HERE to be up to date. I’ll close up by asking what you think about this and you can share your thoughts down in the comments below.
