Good Morning America Announces “Summer Concert Series” 2019 Lineup

Readers of my PiercingMetal website know full well just how much I love the live music scene in our Media Metropolis and I see a number of shows each and every month with the purpose of adding content to that website and to raise awareness about the performer. I also love to keep a comprehensive list of “things to do” like this on a vibrant Events Calendar and with the 2019 “Summer Concert Series” being announced by the fine folks at Good Morning America, I knew I had to copy their press announcement and line out all of the special performances for the followers of “The Chronicles Of Piercing Ken”. Take a look down below and I will see you again at the close.

Here’s The Full 2018 Grammy Award Winners List

grammy awards logo

Hey there my friends, so last night they broadcast the 60th Annual Grammy Awards and since I’ve been enjoying showcasing these kind of spectacles with you – I’ve culled together the full list of winners from numerous sources to make sure I didn’t leave anything out. I don’t usually watch the broadcast since there is so little Rock and Metal represented but I do still share those winners on my PiercingMetal.com website. I told the readers of this blog that I do this to fire up the tempers of the Metal reviews readers since they get so passionate about the subject. You’ll notice that this year I’ve showcased the winners only and not the other nominees. This is much easier to read and finish examining in a few minutes unlike the other list which I think ran me something like fourteen pages of text. Here we go.

Record of the Year: 24K Magic by Bruno Mars

Album of the Year: 24K Magic by Bruno Mars

Here’s The Winners Of The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards

mtv video music awards 2017

Last night The MTV “Video Music Awards” for 2017 were handed out at The Forum in Los Angeles. Last years they did this at our own famed Madison Square Garden and I guess it was proper to give LA a chance for the next go round. Now, I must admit to the readership that I no longer even remotely watch the MTV network nor have much of an interest in its programming. As a Rock guy with a lean towards the Metal side of the fence, its kind of hard for me to sit through endless Rap and R&B stuff since its not my thing. Sure I loved Run DMC and some Grandmaster Flash along with a few other legends over the years but there is no connection in my world of today with that sound. I generally post the “Rock” category winners over on PiercingMetal.com to get our readers all fired up and lamenting the state of the music industy but over on “The Chronicles” I am giving you the whole list that was compiled thanks to the other entertainment websites and the MTV one itself to be on point. We are here to entertain you after all so lets take a look at the list and who went home with a “moon person” stateuette.

Kendrick Lamar – “HUMBLE.” (TDE/Aftermath/Interscope) — WINNER
Bruno Mars – “24K Magic” (Atlantic Records)
Alessia Cara – “Scars To Your Beautiful” (Def Jam)
