Universal Pictures “The Grinch” Official Trailer 3 (Coming November 2018)

Once again I am saying that it was about three months ago when we shared what amounted to the second Official Trailer for the upcoming Universal Pictures/Illumination Entertainment feature “The Grinch” and if you didn’t see that one for some reason, please click HERE because its better you are following along the best as possible. As you know, this seems to be a new take on the classic Dr. Suess “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” and the third trailer gives us an even deeper look into the fun. Let’s take a look.

The Premise:
The Grinch hatches a scheme with his trusted canine Max to ruin Christmas when the residents of Whoville plan to make their annual holiday three times bigger that year. Meanwhile, Cindy Lou Who plans to seek out Santa Claus to thank him for helping her widowed mother every Christmas, but little does she know she is trying to blow the Grinch’s cover.

Last night, the NBC network aired the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards and this show was dishing out the statue for the most honored television shows and the people that helped make them happen. As readers of “The Chronicles” Lifestyle and Entertainment Blog know, I’ve been adding a LOT of film and television content to the site over the last few months and while I tend to do that on PiercingMetal.com as well, the focus there is with the superhero and monster or science fiction related releases. That said, there are times when I must repeat myself on “The Chronicles” and with that being said let’s copy and paste our narrative about this brand new trailer.

“I’ve been waiting with baited breath since this past Sunday when I learned that we would get the first official trailer for the upcoming Walt Disney Studios/Marvel Studios motion picture “Captain Marvel”. Just a short time ago, the trailer was revealed on the “Good Morning America” program on ABC and now I am sharing it with you all. Let’s take a look. I’ve also loaded in some casting and premise for good measure”.

The Premise: Set in the mid-1990s, Captain Marvel follows Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with new questions about her past and identity when the Earth is caught in the center of an intergalactic conflict between two alien worlds. Disney Presents: “Mary Poppins Returns” Official Trailer

It was way back in March that I broadcast the first teaser look at the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures feature “Mary Poppins Returns” and if you didn’t see that clip please click HERE since it might be a tad different and there is a promo poster that I’ve only used on that post as well. Here now is the first full trailer for the return of the timeless character made famous by the great Julie Andrews. Emily Blunt seems to have some magic in her so let’s take a look shall we? Of course we shall.

The Premise: Set in 1930s London, Jane and Michael Banks are now grown-up, with Michael still living in the house on Cherry Tree Lane. He lives there with his three children, Annabel, John, and George, and the housekeeper named Ellen. After Michael suffers a personal loss, Mary Poppins comes back to the Banks family with street lamplighter Jack, and eccentric cousin Topsy. (thanks Wiki)

Dreamworks: “She-Ra and the Princesses Of Power” Teaser Trailer

Rebooting a classic property isn’t something new at all and the practice even hits classic animated series. The latest is a reboot of the “She-Ra Princess Of Power” which was a spin-off of “He-Man and The Masters Of The Universe”. The new series will stream exclusively on Netflix and is aimed at a slightly younger audience. So, for the glory of Greyskull, I give you the teaser trailer for “She-Ra and the Princesses Of Power”.

The Premise: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power follows Adora, an orphan raised by the Horde, an evil army led by Hordak, who rules the planet Etheria with an iron fist. One day, after getting lost in the woods, Adora finds a magic sword that transforms her into the titular Princess of Power, She-Ra. After realizing the suffering that the Horde has inflicted on Etheria and its inhabitants, Adora joins the Resistance in the fight against the Horde through rebuilding the Princess Alliance, a group of other magical girls that once all opposed Hordak. Adora’s newfound allegiance to the Resistance pits her against her former best friend Catra, whose sense of abandonment, malicious ambitions, and the disappearance of her former friend enables her to rise in the ranks of the Horde to become the new heroine’s mortal enemy.
