Marvel Studios: “Ant-Man and The Wasp” Official Trailer #2 (7/2018)

Before I begin this one, I am going to let you know that I will occasionally be mirroring the same post that will be broadcast over on PiercingMetal when it comes to the Marvel Studios and Warner Brothers hero stuff. Here we go with one such post. I’ve been on a bit of a social media and Internet silence since the opening of “Avengers: Infinity War” because I didn’t want any of the film spoiled on me but as you are reading this, I am just now home from seeing it and all I can say is “HOLY WOWZAWOW”. It was awesome, but its rather long. You must go to see it ASAP because so many people are talking about it and I don’t want anyone to miss key points. This film has already made over $725 million dollars and it only opened last Friday. As I returned to my home I was overjoyed to learn that the latest trailer for the upcoming “Ant Man and The Wasp” film was available to share with you so here we go.

The Premise:
Set after the events of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang tries to balance his home life as a father with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, when Hope van Dyne and Hank Pym present him with a new mission to bring to light secrets from their past, requiring him to team up with van Dyne as the new Wasp.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: As I’ve already mentioned, I am on a serious “Avengers: Infinity War” high right now and if you’ve already beaten me to seeing the film you know why. It was action-packed and had a solid story and despite something like 75 different main characters, there didn’t appear to be anything lost in it. Now, onto this brand new trailer for “Ant-Man and The Wasp”. I loved this and think that it might be the most fun film of the summer months. Sure they appeared to show a little bit too much but don’t they always feel like that nowadays with the trailers? There doesn’t seem to be any way around it no matter how hard we try. This might just be another home run from Marvel Studios. What do you readers think about this latest trailer? Chime in down below.

Shameless Plug: As you know we love talking about the comic book stuff over on the PiercingMetal website. Please be aware that during the month of July, a healthy crop of one-dollar comics that celebrate Ant-Man, The Wasp and Giant Man will be released as one of the “True Believers” series from Marvel Comics. Keep an eye on THIS LINK so you see when I post about them all. I will doing that closer to the release since there are two series coming before that one that I also recommend keeping tuned in for.
