For years I have been a fan of the procedural types of crime drama shows with stuff like the “C.S.I.” franchise, “Cold Case” and even “Without A Trace” for a few seasons. Now that shows like “Scorpion” are done and “Criminal Minds” heading towards its final season there is room on my DVR for something new. The trailer for this new fox show “Prodigal Son” looked interesting so I am lauding it for you down below along with the casting and premise. Take a look.
Premise: The series centers on a young profiler, whose father is an infamous serial killer known as “The Surgeon”.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: The trailer seemed interesting to me and had a slight Hannibal Lecter vibe with the killer exchanging details with law enforcement but obviously to serve his own means at some point. I will most probably program it and see what its all about. What did you think about this trailer? The show will premiere in September.
