I’m moving steadily along with the coverage of the 2016 Toy Fair and with this particular narrative will be bringing you some visuals from both the Folkmanis Puppets company and the legendary Madame Alexander. Here we go.

I’ve enjoyed the finds at the Folkmanis Puppets section of Toy Fair since I first began exploring this convention back in 2011. Their high quality puppets are wonderful to look at and to use. The company is also celebrating their fortieth anniversary this year so kudos to that. Let’s check out some of the latest products.

Lucky for me items are NOT for sale at Toy Fair because I would have bought one of these dragons immediately. Aren’t they fantastic?

Perhaps I should have started with this photo but oops. Either way I am extending a heartfelt Happy 40th to Folkmanis from PiercingKen and PiercingMetal.com – Here’s to the next milestone.

Now let’s move over to the Madame Alexander side of the fence. I didn’t take photos of their entire booth and instead kept it to the entertainment properties that I know most about. The Madame Alexander stuff is wonderful for any doll collectors out there but be advised that they are not cheap and many become lifelong display items that are passed down to future collectors. I just loved the classic Batman and the Harley Quinn in this photo.

Wonder Woman collectibles are going to start getting hotter now that we know a movie is going to be coming down the pike sometime next year. This is a fantastic design of a classic character.

The fans of Poison Ivy are going to flip when they see this new collectible doll by Madame Alexander.

These next few pics showcase the upcoming “Fashionista Squad” from Madame Alexander. Very high end designs to some classic characters and views Penguin, The Joker and Harley Quinn if they were runway models. Here they are together but I’ve also offered up some individual shots.

I liked The Joker the best out of these three and am guessing that if the line is successful that we will find some other characters joining into the mix. I wonder what Batman villains they could add to this. A Mr. Freeze, Riddler, Azrael or Bane? Food for thought. Lastly here are some of the Disney Properties. Very cute and you know you are going to want to purchase the whole set for someone.

Some cool stuff right? I think so. Stay tuned for more from the 2016 Toy Fair. I’m not nearly finished yet which is a very good thing.
