Greetings my friends, and welcome to some overview from an event that I have come to look forward to each and every year for the last few years. I’m talking about non other than The Toy Insider’s “Sweet Suite”, which is a toy industry expert curated happening that showcases some amazing companies and their upcoming awesome. With The Toy Insider launching a very geek-centric outlet called “The Pop Insider”, I decided to post more of the collector stuff over on PiercingMetal which you can observer by clicking HERE.
I know that I’ve pointed out that this is a pretty exclusive affair and consists of mostly Influencers and select media representatives. That being said its an honor to be included in the mix. According to my calculations this years event marks my 7th Toy Insider event. That’s four at “Sweet Suite” and three at their smaller “Holiday Of Play” event which follows this by a few months. This year the Sweet Suite was celebrating its 10th Anniversary and they had a highly decorated and awesome cake to snap some photos of.
Have you seen the “Eldrador” line by the folks at Schleich yet? I love this line of mythological beasts and warriors and could see myself building a whole set of them.
Now it’s time to indulge in some of the tasty eats that were positioned around the event space. Having arrived hungry I am likely going to need a little bit more than what you see in this photo. All this media adventuring does build up an appetite after all.
