$35 – $70The NY Empire State Tattoo Expo returns to the New York Hilton Midtown for three days of artistic expression. Scores of vendors and tattoo artists will be on hand to offer their services and you can be inked at this event provided you are over “18” years of age with valid ID. Come one day or all three, as its an interesting time for sure.
