Hey there once again my readers, you’ve safely arrived at the fourth and final chapter of my “Sweet Suite” 2016 event coverage. This super cool event was only a few hours in length and a part of the larger Blogger Bash that was happening on the Cornucopia Majesty yacht on Pier 81. As I’ve mentioned before, its all done under the guidance of the Toy Insider people and it was my first time attending. I’m going to continue along with where I left off in the previous chapter with the Playmates Toys offerings and their wonderful “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” license.
This looked cute and its called “Splashlings”. The premise is “an ocean full of friends”. That sounds nice doesn’t it? Let’s look.
They even had their own mermaid on hand for the event. I guess that “Splashley” as she said her name was had a good stroke of luck with the event being on a boat today.
It’s always great to see Upper Deck anywhere as they made some seriously quality trading cards. Growing up I never bought the sports cards and instead bought “Star Wars”, “Superheroes” and “KISS” ones. I still have a bunch of them in a box somewhere. Not disorganized of course but in order and in protective cases. I was that collector.
This was a new property to me, but I had heard of it in the recent past and actually even met Miraculous at the Play Fair earlier in the year. Bandai has issued action figures of both Ladybug and Cat Noir and some other cool things. This needs a comic book series as well IMHO.
Since we were having a lot of fun, a couple of candids with the characters didn’t hurt. Here is Jet and I.
Also with the famous Peppa Pig. This one is going to go over well with my friends kids who all think she is the bomb.

Well, that brings me to the end of this latest adventure. I really enjoyed the “Sweet Suite” event and hope that a lot of the products that were featured in our images with some notations strike your interest and you add them to your holiday list.
