Presenting The 72nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards Winners

The 72nd edition of the Primetime Emmy Awards were given out in a blended remote and live broadcast that was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. I didn’t manage to watch every second of it and instead have opted to cull the winners into a list for you to peruse. Take a look.

Now On Demand: “Mulan” on Disney+ Premium (9/4/2020)

Thanks to this brand-new Disney film “Mulan”, our Pop Culture narratives have received quite the uptick since there have been numerous trailers and look at this scene from the film clips along with a healthy batch of promotional posters. Since I don’t want you to go into this one unaware, you can peruse all of the other “Mulan” posts on The Chronicles by clicking HERE. Today, the film premieres on the Disney+ streaming service but on their Premium Access side of the fence. It will run you about $30 for the film. This is new for them and seems to be the best response to the pandemic changes. Lets’s overview the Official Poster, premise and casting before some closing editorial from me.

Netflix Presents: “Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous” Official Trailer

The folks at Dreamworks are extending the stories in the “Jurassic World” mythology with a brand-new series called “Jurassic Park Camp Cretaceous”. The series will premiere on the streaming service in the coming weeks and the Official Trailer was just recently released so let’s take a look.

The Premise:
After winning a video game, dinosaur fanatic Darius Bowman is given the opportunity to visit Camp Cretaceous, an exclusive adventure dinosaur camp on Isla Nublar. Once there, Darius meets five other teenagers—Ben, Yaz, Brooklynn, Kenji, and Sammy—who were also chosen for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. However, when the dinosaurs break free from their habitats, the campers are stranded without any help and are forced to venture across the island in the hopes of finding a way out and getting out alive.

Now Streaming: “Cobra Kai” Season 1 and 2 on Netflix (8/28/2020)

It was only a few short days ago that we shared the news about Netflix taking on the YouTube Original Series “Cobra Kai” with its season one and two trailer (found HERE). That show’s early episodes are now on the popular streaming service for all to enjoy as of right now. Take a look at one of the posters we found along with some premise and the ensemble cast. Netflix Presents: “Enola Holmes” Official Trailer

Before I begin this one, I’ve got to admit that I didn’t even know about Enola Holmes before sitting down to watch this trailer for the upcoming film on Netflix. The Young Adult fiction series that this film is based on comes care of writer Nancy Springer and there are six novels in the series currently. Now adapted for the screen and set to air on Netflix, the first trailer has been revealed. Below you’ll also find the premise, the cast and the films poster. Enjoy.

The Premise: The film chronicles the adventures of Sherlock Holmes’ younger sister Enola, as she embarks on a quest to find her missing mother. When Enola Holmes-Sherlock’s teen sister-discovers her mother missing, she sets off to find her, becoming a super-sleuth in her own right as she outwits her famous brother and unravels a dangerous conspiracy around a mysterious young Lord.
