Hey there friends, so I’ve been sharing some coolness about the Warner Animation Group film “Smallfoot” for the last couple of months in terms of the Official Final Trailer and numerous Character Posters and if you’ve missed those just click that italicized text to check them out. Especially since this film opens today in theaters everywhere. Below you will find the theatrical poster, premise and its all-star voice casting. Enjoy.
As readers of “The Chronicles” Lifestyle and Entertainment Blog know, I’ve been adding a LOT of film and television content to the site over the last few months and while I tend to do that on PiercingMetal.com as well, the focus there is with the superhero and monster or science fiction related releases. That said, there are times when I must repeat myself on “The Chronicles” and with that being said let’s copy and paste our narrative about this brand new trailer.
“I’ve been waiting with baited breath since this past Sunday when I learned that we would get the first official trailer for the upcoming Walt Disney Studios/Marvel Studios motion picture “Captain Marvel”. Just a short time ago, the trailer was revealed on the “Good Morning America” program on ABC and now I am sharing it with you all. Let’s take a look. I’ve also loaded in some casting and premise for good measure”.
The Premise: Set in the mid-1990s, Captain Marvel follows Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with new questions about her past and identity when the Earth is caught in the center of an intergalactic conflict between two alien worlds. It was just about a month ago that I shared the trailer for the Netflix Original Series “Disenchantment” which is a Matt Groenig creation. You know him best as the creator of “The Simpsons” and “Futurama”. If you missed that post for some reason just click HERE to see it because we are now at the time of this series being streamed in its entirety. Take a look at the poster which I’ve followed with the premise and voice casting.
It’s been a couple of weeks since I shared the Final Trailer for the upcoming Warner Animation Group film “Smallfoot” and if you missed our post with that featured, then you are going to want to click HERE since its quite a hoot. With this post I’ll be sharing a number of the character posters that were unveiled as that always seems to help drum up the interest. This is something that I have been doing with all of the superhero films over on my PiercingMetal.com website. Let’s take a look after the Official Theatrical Poster, premise and casting shall we?
Plot: In a twist on legends, Migo is a Yeti who is convinced that the elusive creatures known as “Smallfoot” (humans) really do exist.
Over the past couple of weeks here in my Media Metropolis, I can tell you that the summer heat has been sweltering and the humidity is enough to make you stay in the house with a giant glass of iced tea in front of your air conditioner while watching your favorite programming on whatever streaming service you prefer. It’s also hot enough to set up a base camp at the nearest beach but I should warn you that you just might have a little company if you do that. Sure, “Shark Week” might have ended a couple of weeks ago but now it’s time for the Carcharodon megalodon to show you he means business. Warner Brothers Pictures “The Meg” opens today in theaters everywhere. Here’s the theatrical poster, some premise and the casting.
The Premise: Five years ago, expert sea diver and Naval Captain Jonas Taylor encountered an unknown danger in the unexplored recesses of the Mariana Trench that forced him to abort his mission and abandon half his crew. Though the tragic incident earned him a dishonorable discharge, what ultimately cost him his career, his marriage and any semblance of honor was his unsupported and incredulous claims of what caused it – an attack on his vessel by a mammoth, 70-foot sea creature, believed to be extinct for more than a million years. But when a submersible lies sunk and disabled at the bottom of the ocean – carrying his ex-wife among the team onboard – he is the one who gets the call. Whether a shot at redemption or a suicide mission, Jonas must confront his fears and risk his own life and the lives of everyone trapped below on a single question: Could the Carcharodon Megalodon – the largest marine predator that ever existed – still be alive … and on the hunt? (c/o IMDB). Continue reading Opening: “The Meg” in Theaters Everywhere (8/10/2018)→
