Here’s The 2019 ESPY Awards Nomination Rundown

Admittedly, I’m not the biggest sports fan that you might encounter out there. In the past ten years I’ve seen two baseball games and maybe three hockey games. I don’t watch the traditional seasons of anything and usually record the Super Bowl so I can zip through the game play to make note of any of the commercials that I might need to speak about here or on PiercingMetal.com – That being said, I didn’t want our readers to miss out on the recent nominations for the ESPY Awards which were just announced a couple of days ago. ESPY stands for Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award in case you didn’t know. This will be my first year including this awards show in my rundown of these kinds of things. I hope you enjoy it and here are the nominations.

The two-month countdown to the 3rd annual Play NYC has begun and Playcrafting revealed today the first 26 exhibitors from studios big and small that will show off their games at the largest, two-day game convention this August 10th and 11th at Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th Street).

“Last year we wanted to bring in more developers than ever before,” says Dan Butchko, Founder & CEO of Playcrafting, the convention organizer. “For 2019, we’re doubling down, making sure we have an even more diverse mix of games and studios that showcase the true essence and impact of the U.S. gaming community. “And The Winner Is” – Complete 2019 Tony Award Winners

Last night was the Biggest Night on Broadway as the annual Tony Awards were given out for outstanding achievements in the theater. The show was hosted by James Corden and I’ve culled together all of the winners for your viewing pleasure. Sadly I missed the broadcast and will be watching it today from the DVR. Last night I was at the “Dio Returns” Hologram show for my PiercingMetal site and will be serving up a review over there ASAP. Let’s get to the list.
