Hello again and welcome back to the visuals from the 2014 PDN Photoplus Expo. Since I ended up with so many photos from across the day that I went I decided to break this years narrative into two chapters. I feel that it lets you keep a better focus and I will be picking up from exactly where I left off yesterday so let’s get down to business. I’ll start this chapter with the booth and presentation by Athena Zhe who was a contestant on the show “Faceoff”. She had three models who were being painted for today’s event and when I passed by the work was still in progress.
I’ll come back later when they are all finished. The sign did say to “get your camera ready so how could I not oblige.
I always love seeing the folks at Think Tank Photo as we have been using their bags and some accessories for almost ten years now. Great, quality stuff. Today I as looking for a bag to replace my now overworked “UD 30” – That’s the “Urban Disguise 30” for those who don’t know the code name. I did a product review piece years ago that you can see HERE. Nowadays those kinds of posts are on this site right here.
I love this Fujifilm camera. It reminds me of the old Polaroid ones and lets you get a high quality image that develops right in front of you.
I am thus immortalized.
Way up at the beginning of this post I showcased the few models being painted by Athena Zhe and her team. Well now the girls all seemed ready for their photo ops and the crowd was thick and at least five people deep as snap after snap was done. I joined in for the fun and can say that they all looked fantastic. Nice work ladies and of course Athena Zhe.
So that’s it my friends, we are all done with this years PDN Photoplus Expo and I thank you for joining me on this walk through.
